What we want for their futures
Our dream is to buy a piece of land and build a bird sanctuary for our birds, to create a large space for them to thrive and live their lives in a safe secure environment. To give those birds who love interaction with humans the chance to play and have a tickle from visitors who can learn more about parrots, what they need and how they are not the easiest pet to keep and look after.
We want to build a place that can educate as well as entertain the public while giving our rescued birds a happy environment to live and play.
Why is education so important to us
To often people buy them on impulse not knowing much about them, especially how their personalities change for 3-4 months of the year, but with diet and an understanding of this hormonal time, you can still have a happy and loving relationship with your bird all year round.
We hope that having a safe place for people to interact with parrots and learn more about them we can help both build better healthier relationships.
